“Help” does not work in VST Audio System
It might help and your more likely to get an answer if you described what does not work.
I think he means the help button on the VST Audio System dialog window doesn’t function.
Ohh , Yes I see, it was the way I read it, Screen blindness on my behalf. 
The ‘Help’ button is greyed out on the ‘VST Audio System’ but if you go down to the actual audio device in the list you can view the Help Menu there. You probably already knew that though.
