(help) I have sound in Cubase 9.5 but not 10

MacBookPro15,2 Intel Core i7 2,7 GHz 16 GB RAM
latest cubase, latest mojave os
i can’t get sound into cubase 10. works with cubase 9.5

any advice?

Hi,

What Audio Device do you use? Is the same ASIO Driver selected in both application? What about the Audio Connections > Outputs tab? Do you use Control Room?

I ran into the same issue, and it was a Mojave thing. Make sure you give Cubase and your audio interface permission to use the mic on your Mac I forget where that specifically is. I know it sounds weird, but it instantly fixed the exact same issue for me.
