Guys anyone know how to contact directly to the support? I tried to buy the upgrade with the 40% disccount since yesterday but the website says that I need to wait for their confirmation… since when take so long to buy a digital product…? And when I try to contact the support they tell me that contact Yamaha México cuz I’m from México but their phone doesn’t work and I can’t ask for a ticket cuz I need this 2 numbers and I have no idea what this numbers mean. And Yamaha México ask for serial product to get a ticket… so wtf…
