Help installing BBC Core Template and Eric Witacre Template on Dorico 5 Pro

Hello, I can’t install Spitfire Audio Eric Whitacre Choir playback template for Dorico and the BBC Core template. I follow the instructions but nothing happens. Any help?
I work on a Mac most of the time but I’m going to use this Windows PC because I have more Ram.

It seems to work here (although I don’t have enough RAM to really work with this!). Unzip it before you use it
