Have a good day. sorry about my english if possible. I have an ur44 and connect to a condenser xlr. I recently had a problem with it. I open the 48v and the led signal is on, but my microphone does not receive this power. I tried changing the microphone and cable xlr but the problem is still the same? What is the problem? please help me or can someone can support me? thank you.
Did you try to connect it to all 4 inputs? Did you move up the volume knobs on the device?
I seem to recall we had someone else with this problem recently…it was down to power from the USB cable. A
Are you using USB or a separate power supply for the UR44?
If just USB then try changing the USB port as not all carry enough power.
