HELP - midi effects are absent on cubasis 2 for ipad

Hello,

I was wondering why my ipad 2 version of cubasis 2 has no midi effects?

It has a midi effects tab but when I tap on it it says ‘none’

I use the legato effect a lot and would need it to work properly

Best wishes, Samuel (Remember White)

Hi Samuel,

The latest Cubasis 2.4 update supports Audio Unit MIDI plug-ins that are available from other 3rd party app vendors.
I this regard, it might make sense to have a look at Ruismaker’s Rozeta AU MIDI plug-ins suite at the App Store.

Hope that helps,

Lars

Again Lars, a big help …

Thanks … Samuel

Thanks Samuel… you’re welcome…

Hey, am I right, that you use an ipad 2?
Which iOS Version do you use?
I have 9.3.5 and experienced crashes when drawing notes or activating note repeat.
Unfortunately nobody here did respond to my issue.

Hi edcarnby,

As stated on the App Store and the Cubasis website, AU MIDI requires iOS 11.
Your previous topic has been shared with our engineering.

Best wishes,
Lars

I was quite surprised that Cubasis does not ship with any MIDI plugin, not even version 3.2

I’d love to see MIDI velocity and/or MIDI compressor in the future.
