HELP! Mix Faders reset to zero when I click on them

In Cubase 7, when I click on ANY fader on the mix console, they all snap to zero.
Not sure how this was activated, but it is crippling my work.

After hours of searching the web and manual, I still can’t find a way to return the mixer back to normal!

I would guess that you have turned on a Link (Group) for the tracks. At the top of the mixer, I would suggest verifying that you do have any tracks Linked. Also, be sure you are not using Automation in Trim mode (Automation panel).
