HELP! My USB dongle for Cubase 4 is damaged!

Can anyone help me out here?

I recently moved my studio stuff to another room and in the process of moving my computer, my USB dongle for Cubase 4 got damaged, like completely crushed. All the components in the dongle are broken, it’s in pieces! :cry:

Is it possible to get a replacement?

Yes - you may have to pay for another dongle, but you don’t need to worry about having to buy another license.

The only thing you can do is contact your distributor, and they will instruct you on how to handle this.
