Help please Elicenser Control error & crashing

Hi there,

Since installing Pro 10 i keep getting this error on start up(please see picture). It appears 3 or 4 times & on the last time it appears it crashes the program & it has to be closed. It doesnt do this every time.

It used to appear on 9.5 but didn’t crash.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I hope your issue is fixed and you get an overall improvement with the software associated with the dongle. I read the new ones work better.
