I’ve looked in the Cubase manual under “transport,” but I cannot find information about this small green midi indicator bar:
Would someone please explain what this indicator does? “Green Cubase Transport MIDI indicator” isn’t returning helpful results.

(I’m asking because I’m having some problem with routing Vienna Ensemble Pro correctly. I one had it working correctly, but it isn’t working any more for some reason. This green bar used to light but now it doesn’t. The symptoms of my problem include “muting tracks in Cubase,” but sound still coming from Vienna Ensemble Pro. This hasn’t been an issue until recently.)
