How can I select the notes painted in black with the Logical Editor? I only want to select the second one of every two notes.

Not at Cubase to give more specifics. But there are 2 basic methods, both have examples of use in the Factory Presets - so take a look there for actual examples. One uses a counter so you can Select every other, or every third Note. The other lets you set range(s) along the bar-line. So you could Select Notes on (or near) beats 1 and 3 for example.
