'Help' tab loads an empty Word processor file

Hiya’s. Just got Cubase LE 10.5.12. ‘Help’ tab loads an empty Word processor file.
The "How to install Cubase LE " video shows an integrated help file.
How do I fix this?

In Cubase 10.5 the helps should be linked to the online manual, as far as I know.

Thanks Martin. There are no help files in the online Operations manual and I can’t find any help files to download on any Steinberg sites. The ‘Help’ tag on the top line of the PDF file accesses PDF help only, not Cubase. I Had hoped to open a dialogue with them but so far it’s just been a monologue!
I feel I should download it again but not sure if I’ll need a new licence to do that.

If you download and install Cubase again, you don’t need a new license.

Also you can reprogram the F1 shot cut to the local PDF Offline Help file
