Help! " the code is already used" (I never used it)

So i tried to activate my CUBEBASE AI account through a Download access code that i got with my UR22mkII Recording Pack but it doesnt work i get the message that the code is already used (I never used it).
What can i do against it and how can i activate it?

If you didn’t use it, then the product you bought was either used, and someone else grabbed the license, or the seller sold you a bill of goods, in which case check with them.

It’s conceivable that someone bought it, then returned it after activating the software.
