HELP : Wavelab crash start up scren

Hi guys,

I’m having an issue with Wavelab Pro 9.5. It’s a trial version (with 4h remaining), and it crashes when I try to launch it.

I only have the information of the remaining trial time, then I select “try” and it crashes. I have no indication of anyting.

I already try to delete this folder :

C:\Users[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\WaveLab Pro 9.5

And I also add “crashReport=True” on the startup file.

I had the same problem yesterday and it worked, but not today…

Have you got any solution ?

Delete AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\WaveLab Pro 9.5
but also startup.ini

Hello,

if not already done, please update to the 9.5.50 version and try again if the issue still appears.
