can somebody please help me with this?

I tried everything… but the soft-elicenser looks disabled.
any idea?

And which software are you trying to activate, or is it a secret…?
I´d say it´s asoftware that requires a USB eLicenser, as you can also see on your screenshot…

Thanks for your replay, I’m trying to install cubase 7 (trial), why does it matter?

Because Cubase 7 requires a USB eLicenser, not a soft eLicenser
