I am new to Cubase, and have some questions about EQ’s. I do alot of vocals and Im constantly struggling trying to get a good eq. Is there anyway i can download eq presets anywhere? like a “hiphop” eq. or anything like that.

If your struggling to get a good vocal sound the first thing to look at is the recording chain, mic, preamp, compression (if any) and acoustic space. If this is lacking no amount of EQ will really fix it.
