Hi
I’m having a lot of trouble on CUBASE 15 with it remembering my shortcuts . I silent a day putting them in on another computer ( as it wouldn’t recognise my saved document ) saved them under a unique name but it won’t keep them loaded . The dialogue box in the right corner is always empty .
Any suggestions would be gratefully received

Hi,
Copy over the KeyCommands.xml file from the preferences folder of the old computer to the preferences folder of the new computer. In this file are the Key Commands living in Cubase.
Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% \Steinberg\Cubase X_64
Where the X is the Cubase version (for example 15).

Don’t use the Save Preset… Use the method, I described, please.

Also when I close the key commands window and reopen the preset has disappeared

As I said, don’t use the Save Preset method.
Go this way:

it might have something to do with privileges. Macs are extremely strict about this, alas. Cubase needs to be able to access all files and folders and your computer.
