I purchased an upgrade from C11 to C12 back in 2022. It was my understanding that redeeming this upgrade code would give me access to the current version (now C14).
I am only being authorised for C12.
Any help / advice appreciated.

I assume you have activated Cubase 12 in the Activation Manager, so now click on the profile icon in the upper left corner and select “Check for Grace Period”. That will show you if you are eligible for the free update to Cubase 14.
If not you need to buy the update from Cubase 12 to 14, because your initial update was from Cubase 11 to 12.

Yes, I have activated the C12 licence, with no grace period eligible on the licence.
Bit of a shame, I wouldve updated to 12 earlier if I knew the upgrade path setup had changed.
I was in the same boat. Try something like this
I bought a cubase 12 update version in 2022 with my Cubase 11
and it said that the grace period does not apply to steinberg Activation Manager.
Check out the vouchers on my page on the steinberg website
it was said that the grace period is applied for 14 versions.
