HALion Sonic SE 3: "Adjust WindowsRectExForDpi" error when launched

so when i launch HALion Sonic SE, an error is popping up, and it tells “the Enter Point of the AdjustWindowsRectExForDpi procedure was not found in the C:\Program Files\SteinbergHALion Sonic SE\HALion Sonic SE library.exe”

anybody has an idea how i can fix it?

but I do not understand what dpi is all about,
