Hi,

Again, please: Can you see it in the Studio > More Options > System Component Information > Extensions?

If you right-click the Info line, is the Extension field enabled? Do you have enough space to see it in the Info line?

If I right-click in the information bar the extension is not there.

Hi,

Are you sure, you have Cubase Pro installed (and license)? Could you attach a screenshot, please?

By the information bar, do you mean the Info Line, right?
