I’m a korean composer. sorry for my poor english.
I have a cubase 9 elements. so this time I upgraded it to version 10.
and I got an activation code from steinberg online shop.
at first, I updated it in my eLicenser. but I had some trouble in my PC, so I formatted my computer.
I wanted to reinstall my cubase again, but It was impossible.
Steinberg server has no information about my upgrading.
The message was
“The activation code has been used already. An activation code can be used only once to download or upgrade a license. Please contact your software vendor to get a valid activation code”
Should I get a new activation code?
How can I get a new code?
Please help me…
If you registered your software, go to My Steinberg, log in and click the button to Reactivate your software. This will give you a new activation code.
