Hi! I’ve got a layout almost to what I’d like, but at each flow heading that I’ve customised, it shows an edited default part layout, which includes repetition. Would I be able to hide it?

You’re talking about the “Piano/Vocal” and “Rapunzel” in the header? I don’t think there’s a way to hide those.
Instead of using flow headings, you might try customizing the First template so it looks the way you want it, and then set Layout Options > Page Setup > Flows > Use ‘First’ page template to “Any flow starting at top of page”. (And Show flow headings to Never.)
