In the example sheet “Clocks” for the first 14 bars the voice is hidden. How do I achieve something similar to that effect?
Welcome to the forum. You can hide empty staves via Layout Options–Vertical Spacing–Staff Visibility.
You also have the ability to insert manual staff visibility changes with system breaks. Insert a system break and then click on the flag.
