Hide plugin from plugin browser

Hello Steinberg forum,

Since I have installed a new version of a plugin I accidentally use the old version of the plugin everytime because they are listed under almost the same name. I would like to know if it’s possible to hide the old plugin from the plugin browser without deleting it, because my old projects still have the old version of the plugin.

Use the plugin manager, simply delete the old plugin from your list. Perhaps, if you have the default plugin list only, you’ll need to duplicate it in order to do custom adjustments.
