Trying to get rid of the automatic flow numbers to leave just headings for a worksheet
If you want the flow titles but not the flow numbers, then go to Engrave mode, expand the Flow Headings section in the right-hand panel, double click the Default flow heading template to edit, and remove the {@flowNumber@} token.
If you want to get rid of the flow headings altogether, then go to Layout Options > Page Setup > Flows and set “Show Flow Headings” to Never.
