I’d like to hide the tuplet number from the second bar in the following excerpt.
I can do this in the Properties panel by turning off number, but 3:2 sign posts are displayed:
Is it possible to turn off the 3:2 sign posts?

Have a look at Engraving Options > Tuplets > Repeated Tuplets. There is a setting to NOT show them after x number of repeated tuplets.

Unless I am mistaken, sign posts show in the score when the tuplet number is not displayed. It’s the tuplet sing post I’d like to switch off or hide, if possible.
In the View menu, hide the signposts for Tuplets.

(Just in case: if you need to copy/paste passages with hidden tuplets, you’ll need to make the signposts visible again.)
