Hiding a gradual tempo marking in only one part?

Hello! Long time viewer, first time poster.

I would like to make a gradual tempo marking (the ‘poco rit.’ in the image) disappear so mm. 62-63 can be a multi-bar rest, but I take it that is not an option. Is there a way to hide the tempo marking in one part only? I have seen the workarounds mentioned (make it system text instead of using the tempo popover, or change the opacity), but I am curious if there is a way to do it without effecting all of the other parts? Maybe not, but I thought I’d ask. Thanks for any and all help.

If exact playback isn’t an issue, you could attach the rit to bar 64 and then reposition it as desired in each layout.
