Hiding Barlines in Specific Staves

Hi there,

Attempting some aleatoric writing here, and I would like to indicate a barline after a “rest” in the top two parts, while keeping the bottom two parts playing that trilled note without that barline break. Would this require me to take a vertical line and just place it on the stave, or is there a system option I can use to make the program physically do it (engraving gets tedious with too many moving parts)

Put a local Time Sig (use <atl><enter>) on the staves with a trill that is twice as long as the other staves. Then reset the Time Sig on the next measure with another local Time Sig. The Time Sigs can be hidden via the Properties Panel.
