Hiding fingering in cues

I’m sure the answer is out there somewhere - probably in a properties panel - but I can find no way to suppress fingering appearing in a cue …

It’s a bit of a weird one. There seems to be something specific to guitar fingerings (or rather, fingerings that are set to show inside the staff) that means that they appear in cues. I can’t see a way around it, I’m afraid.

Thanks for reporting this. It looks to me as if what’s actually going on here is that if the instrument on which the cue is displayed is considered to be a plucked instrument, like a violin or a guitar, then any fingerings in the material that is cued end up being displayed in the cue. This isn’t really right, and I’ll talk to the team about how we might address this in future.

As a guitarist, I can reliably state that no one wants to see our fingerings -in a cue or otherwise!
