Hello Dorico users!
Is there a way to hide an individual staff label in the Score view, specifically for Trumpet (B)? I can only find the option to hide instrument names or show them throughout the entire score, but not for a specific instrument. Is it even possible? Deleting the instrument name still leaves ‘in Bb’ visible.

I think there is a trick by @pianoleo in which you create a divisi, erase one of the divisions during the divisi creation process, and change the name of the remaining division to a blank space.
Problem here is that you have a single player, not a section one, and that cannot be divided.
You could add a second trumpet to the same player and have it use empty names. Then, after casting off, use the second trumpet as instrument change.
Hi @egoruk, you can edit the name of the instrument, leaving the Full and Short name fields blank, and set the option Show transposition to Never. You can then rename the Player, to keep track of which instrument it is, and customise also the name of its layout, if you need something different there:
