Hello everyone. I am writing an orchestra piece and I want to have all of the player’s staves visible even when they are not playing so the conductor knows what is happening with any given part at any given moment. The one exception to this are the percussion instruments that would not be played by my 2 percussionists at the given moment. I have the master selection set to never hide empty staves, but I cannot find a way to hide the empty staves of the percussion instruments that are not in use without either hiding the whole percussion section, or hiding other instruments. Is there a way I can just hide these particular staves? Thank you for the help.

Thanks for the reply! This wasn’t able to work since it would make the whole percussion part hidden. But I was able to work it out by making each instrument its own kit underneath the tab of the percussion player. Hopefully my workaround and your suggestion can help someone in the future
