I’m quite thrilled about the new feature which offers manual control over staff-visibility which is a very great tool to have e.g. in opera/oratorio projects where one needs to have the singers’ parts in the basso continuo layout in recitativos but not in arias: now it’s possible to simply hide the solo parts in arias, which is a great time-saver, however it seems that if I hide a staff which contains music, it affects the note spacing in a very strange way (see example).
(NB. I haven’t manipulated the horizontal spacing nor the casting off - there are no manual system or frame breaks)
