High-DPI support in Cubase? (HiDPI, Retina, scaling GUI)

True, but it won’t happen until v10.

More like Cubase 15 would be my guess.
Who knows, better to use the hardware that works with the/any current version.

Just got a new DELL XPS laptop with a 15inch 4k touchscreen… everything looks AMAZING…
Just installed Cubase Pro 9.5.
Now i’m here … :open_mouth: REALLY…
I thought I was the one late to the 4k party…
Please for the love of the Earth please give us Scaling support, blurriness is a 100% deal breaker for me.

The new Cubase 10 has “full support for high-resolution displays” under macOS and some limited support under Windows 10.

Based on the support article, limited means that only integer scaling ratios are supported for now: 1x=100%, 2x=200%. Looks like there is no 300%+ support (e.g. for 8K monitors we’ll need 400%).

And looks like Cubase 10 has no HiDPI support under Windows 7 which is odd given that Windows 7 has basically the same HiDPI support as Windows 10.
