Hi everyone
I’ve been working on a song for a few weeks with no problems. Today a high pitch, short duration, soft ping has appeared at the second beat of Bar 12. I’ve checked all instruments on the piano roll editor and score editor, also checked the connected Vocaloid editor. Nothing amiss is showing. I have done some work with the Stereo Enhancer, thinking this could of caused the problem but the ping sounds regardless of whether I switch the Stereo Enhancer on or off. Any ideas? Thanks.

loop bar 12 and mute all tracks. Unmute one track after the other to narrow it down. Much easier to take it from there.
Thanks, I give that a try tomorrow and people know the outcome. 
I’ve found out what has caused the problem and tried a workaround which was successful. There wasn’t a stray note anywhere and looping the bar did speed up the time taken to find out there wasn’t a stray note.
While working on this song I experimented with different tempos to see which I liked best. This seemed to affect the Vocaloid add-on which caused the ping for some reason. It was so soft I could barely hear it but it was there, non-the-less. Luckily, I had a copy of the verse vocals that I’d made before the appearance of the ping. I merely copied and pasted it in to the song and all is now OK. Thanks for helping.
