Hiss problem with Padshop Pro

Hello, since I’ve upgraded to the Pro version of Pad shop, every time I open it, I’ve got these really unwanted hisses, like, every 30 seconds or every minute.
I would like to get in touch with somebody from Steinberg.

Hey I solved the problem by myself…the padshop and retrologue folder was full of other vst dll downloaded in the last few weeks.
Now I’ve just changed their position and everything works fine both padshop, retrologue and the other plugins.
