My editting History in Cubase Artist 8 is not getiing saved. Even after I’ve done lots of editting, when I open up the History window under the Edit Tab, it’s empty. Help please !
A few suggestions:
Check the “maximum undo steps” setting in preferences. Maybe you changed the setting there…
File > Preferences > General > Maximum Undo Steps. See op manual page 66
Also…
If you “Minimized the audio files” you loose the history. See op manual page 518

Thank you ! I checked the “maximum undo steps” and it was set to infinity (At least that is how I interpreted the symbol). I changed it to 9999 and now it’s fine !

To be honest I was thinking you had that setting at zero. Not infinity. Infinity is where mine is set and I don’t have your issue. Maybe just re-saving that preference was enough to rewrite and fix this. Who knows.
