Hitpoints to separate audio files (drumsamples)

When using hitpoints on individual drumtracks, what is the best (fastest) way to convert the result to separate audio
files (for use in Drumagog for instance)?

Thanks,

  • Go into the sample editor and use the Hitpoints to capture the individual hits
  • On the LHS of the sample editor screen under Hitpoints choose the “Create Regions” command
  • Open your pool window and you should now notice a + next to the audio file name. Clicking this shows all the newly created regions associated with that file.
  • Select the regions you want to export and then right-click and choose “Audio → Bounce Selection”.

At this point you’ll be prompted for a directory to save all your exported files into. Done.
