When applying HMT to Instrument/midi tracks I am losing a lot of notes anybody else?

HMT seems to be working fine here.
No MIDI note/event probs so far.

I have a simple 4 bar riff on a Instrument channel; the first couple of notes play as expected then silence ensues; as it loops back to Locator 1 the first notes play as expected then silence again…
If I uncheck HMT follow: sound resumes, check again and it drops the notes again.
Shame as I was really impressed by this feature. Hope it is a glitch.
