I can contact only a distributor, which doesn’t have any email.
Do you guys have the same in MySteinberg page?

Not sure how it works outside of the US location but, for me in the US, the “Request Support” button is available in the “My Products” section. Click on one of your currently supported Cubase license(s) and it will drop down to show the button. Hope it is there for you too. :wink:
