In a TAB like below, in Engrave > Horizontal Adjustment if I move the small blue button in the TAB line it moves the notation but not the TAB. Likewise, if I nudge notation it only moves notation. (Same with or without the gliss.) Am I missing something? Thanks.

Small buttons are there to move objects individually. If you want to move the whole voice column, use the square on top 
Right, but if I move the small button on the lower line, it moves the top line, not the lower. Iām sure this is because notation and TAB are considered one instrument, but just wondering.

Oh, ok, I understand now why you would not want that!
I believe this is a known issue on our backlog (our ref: STEAM-13538).
