Horizontal guide line when moving automation points?

Hi guys,
I’ve had a search on the forums but couldn’t find anything about this.
In Cubase 5 when you move an automation point you got this horizontal line which served as a guide to where you’re moving your automation point in relation to others. It seemed to not be there in 7 and 8 and I’m thinking it might just be a setting, but for the life of me I can’t find it.

Any ideas?

Go to Preferences->Editing->Tools->Cross Hair Cursor check Show Horizontal Line.
