Have you perhaps installed the two versions concurrently?
In any case, go to the Logitech configuration software (don’t remember how it’s called), go to where you created the Dorico profile, and choose Dorico again. Then Apply and it should hopefully work again.
Besides, are you on macOS or on Windows? If on Windows, I suggest restarting your PC before doing anything else after you have installed the new Dorico version.
