- Start new project
- Add one, or more audio files
- Select part of it, or whole
- Right click on it
- Go to audio > bounce selection
- Replace event > replace
- Try to hold shift and scroll with mouse wheel for horizontal move.
That dose not work, you need to click somewhere else to be able to scroll that way again.
