I know I can two-finger scroll vertically in Cubase but how in the world can I two finger scroll horizontally as well? I’ve read that shift is supposed to do this but it does nothing for me. From my understanding Macs can do this so why can’t PC’s do this?
Just to clarify, I’m refering to scrolling with a mouse touch pad (specifically the one on my Microsoft Surface Book). Cubase is the only program that won’t accept horizontal scroll movement.

on laptop: shift+2 finger swipe (up or down)
