Hot Brass doesn’t show up

I stumbled across this by chance on the Steinberg website—apparently Hot Brass is supposed to be included in the Absolute Collection.
I have Absolute 7, but “Hot Brass” doesn’t show up in Halion 7. In the Steinberg Library Manager, Hot Brass is listed as installed. FCP_SMT_202_HS_Hot_Brass_01.vstsound
I’ve also verified the correct path.
Hot Brass isn’t available via the Download Assistant.
I reinstalled the .vstsound file by double-clicking it.
But to no success—it still doesn’t show up in Halion’s Media Bay.
Does anyone have any idea what’s going wrong here, or how to fix it?

Bit late here. You’ve done all the usual, so I have no idea (and it seems no one else has).
Is Factory selected here? That’s about all I have.

As a by-the-way, Hot Brass comes with HALion and is part of the HALion Content download.

Hi Googly and thanks for your reply. Yes factory selected. Maybe I try a complete install of the “Content Halion 7”. And if this also doesn’t work, I will open a support ticket.
