I wanted to adjust some positions with audio warp tool, but when I select the melody, 3 other tracks are selected. I look in the mixer and click on the melody and above it shows link checked but I can’t uncheck. then I right click on the track to unlink, but the choice is to link, not unlink.

Hard to guess, as we don’t have the whole picture.
Maybe, they are in a Folder, where the Group Editign option is enabled.
They are in a folder but notice that 2 tracks in the middle are independent. While hoping/waiting for an answer, I did tweak some waveform starting points there.

Yes, because they don’t start and end at the same position as the other Events/Parts. Again, it points to the Group Editing.
I thought that was going to be it as I went to edit and saw group checked. I ungrouped and then clicked one and they still all highlighted still.
Is link still activated in the mixer? You have to click where it says link instead of the drop down arrow to unlink.. and the only other thing I can think of is maybe the tracks were accidentally grouped with command+g?
This is so annoying. I go to the mixer and look at link and saw a link 1, but not seen above the separate channels. Looking again, I see a link 2 and am not wanting to create a link but now one of those channels has that above. I unlink. Nothing shows above any of them, but if I go to the track window and click one they are still linked. I look for help in the manual and it says:
But I don’t see this Link Setting menu, because they are not so linked here? Stuck for hours on this ridiculous problem preventing me from further editing.
Group editing is still on in your Melodic folder in this shot… you don’t have to go to any menu, just click the icon to turn it off.
