I want only staff labels on first measure in each flow, and here. these are the last measures in the flow… and the first time the vibraphone comes in (the second staff)…
it’s either Layout Options or Property panel.
Add a System Break, then set the break’s Properties to show staff labels.

and there is no way to reposition the staff labels, right ?

I presume you’ve locked the systems using Breaks, so that Dorico can’t move the bar at the end to the next line?
You could use Abbreviated labels?
