Select the glissando and choose Edit > Reset Position (to reset it back to its default)

Ok, but isn’t there an option that Dorico interpreters the portion change ein an intelligent way, so that it does reset it automatically?

For every time where someone would want Dorico to reset items automatically when the casting off changes, there will be other times when someone would definitely not want that. Once you override an item’s position, Dorico follows your instructions.
