How can i buy the Cubase update for Cubase 8 that was bought at a local store?

Over the years i have had several Cubase licenses and i need to update one of them that has been only bought and updated at a brick and mortar store.

I went to the “Buy” section through the Steinberg.net ( first through MySteinberg ) the system is asking if i am a new customer or if i have already placed an order through shop.steinberg - but i bought the Cubase at a local store
