How can I create a dotted arrow?

In the Line Body editor under Tapered Curve. Your example is more dashed, though.

It worked, but now I lost the sold curve which I also need. Is there a way to create a new line so I have both the broken and solid curved arrow?

Yes, you can duplicate both the Line body and the line.
